Question Streaming - RTX 2060 or Vega 64 ?

Hi. I'm looking to stream on twitch with a lower end system and I'm curious, which GPU is better for streaming ? (the CPU in the system will be an i5-8400

Currently in my area, the Vega 64 is exactly the same price as the RTX 2060, and while on paper it's superior, I'm not up to date with Nvidia specific features, and if those might make a bigger difference in game streaming compared to the higher performance of the Vega 64.

So, which should I buy ?

GPU wise there won't be a noticable difference in terms of game streaming between either choices. CPU power makes a difference, the i5-8400 is OK for it.
