Streaming under 2k

Hello,
I'm looking for gaming PC specs. I currently use an office computer for gaming..
(DELL OptiPlex 7050). I'm looking to stream with no webcam (ATM) but will in the future
(I am able to upgrade in the future anyway). I'm looking at twitch streaming (720p 60FPS). Does anyone have a good list of specs. (Two computer PC isn't really an option due to budget).

2000 aud budget. Living in aus. 2k just for the PC. Everything else, I have a seperate budget and I have picked them out.

2000 aud for as a gaming pc should just be fine. any prefers for what games you want to able to play, what pc parts you already have, and what form factor you want as your new pc (ATX, Micro-ATX, E-ATX ect...).
