Hello i streaming with 8700k stock in 1080p 60fps have good quality.. I want to ask when streaming my cpu usage is 80% avg and litlebit 90% is safe for cpu for hours in this usage and my temps is max 81% celcius thanks

Solution
If your temps are typically in the 70-75'C range at ~25'C ambient, and you only occasionally see brief spikes to 81'C, I'd say you're fine.

Utilization is fine. A CPU could run 100% utilization, 24/7 for years without issue - provided voltages & temperatures are in check.

81'C is a bit on the warm side, for a CPU not under a torture workload (Prime95 etc). Is that a sustained temp? Or a very brief 'peak'? Generally, you'd want to see <80'C.
What are you using to monitor temperatures?
What is your ambient temperature?
What cooler are you using?
What case are you using?
