Streaming with a i5 6400 + gtx 950 2gb?

Hi, so I have a question with my new build. Will I be able to stream lighter games like csgo at 1080p60 or 720p60 with an i5 6400 and gtx 950 2gb?

Nvidia cards allow you to stream any game you want without loosing performance,they have dedicated hardware that is not a part of the "traditional" GPU.
Just use shadowplay.
You can also use OBS with quicksync(QSV) which will use the iGPU of the CPU but OBS has a bit more of a CPU overhead.
