Streaming with a q9400

Streaming with a q9400 is it possible? the rest of the system
Ram 8 GB 1333 mhz
Gpu gtx 570 or a 770
Win 10 64 bit.

It's possible. If you get the 770 it will be even better with the 770s built in hardware acceleration.

But, you'll probably be limited to 30fps 720P.
