Streaming with OBS

Okey, so the problem is about streaming. I've got an I7 6700K as CPU and AMD R7 370 as GPU. Yes, I know my gpu is bottlenecking my CPU. So right now I am trying to stream with OBS studio. I have been streaming an year ago and it was working like a charm, game felt smooth on my monitor and also looked smooth on my stream. The problem right now is the fact that when I am streaming, even tho on my stream everything looks smooth, in my actual game it feels very laggy. I can remember that 1 year ago I was using the CPU Usage Preset on "faster" and it was working perfectly fine, but right now if I try that it is simply impossible to play the game. Half of the fps is dropping. I am forced to put it on "superfast" which is the 2nd best performance and almost the worst one for quality and I still have some big FPS drops and my game feels laggy. I simply cannot understand why this is happening right now... when I am streaming only, maximum, 10% of my CPU is used on OBS. Why does it cause so much lag and fps drop in my game?

Here is the log file of my last test stream (it was around like 2-3 minutes) : https://gist.github.com/47855785310c8ee242171b8f2887ca08

If there are grammatical mistakes I am sorry for my english!

Okay, I'll post my settings below.

I play my game at 1280x1024, but I stream at 720p, so I force scale my game capture to 1280x720.

I see that you rescale your output to 1440x810 is there any reason for doing that?

Both of them. Using the superfast is giving me like let's say 80-90 FPS drops. But it is playable on that FPS. The problem is the input lag. And another problem is what happened that I cannot use the "faster" preset anymore lol?

What you could do is try to use the console command fps_max 144 or higher, if you have a higher refreshrate, if you have 60, cap it at 120.

What you could also try is turning on Vsync, this decreased my input lagg while streaming, I don't know if it works for other people though.

If this wouldn't fix it, you could always try an older version of OBS, on which it did work properly.

Two last things, could you upload some screenshots of all your OBS settings, I'll compare them with mine, I do not have any lagg.

After that, run a speedtest, which you can do here, and post the results as well.

My refreshrate is 60 but enabling Vsyng restricts my CS GO to 60 fps, why would I want that, it is terrible lol.
I will do the screenshots and give them to you imediatly
