[SOLVED] Streams lag?

Hey guys i recently got a problem where twitch.tv streams lag. It was fine before 2-3 days but now at some point it just starts stuttering. I am using Brave browser tried google chrome too.

Most smallerchannels don't have quality settings so if they upload higher than you can download it will buffer a lot. What is your download speed?
