Street hunting Paragon Protectors

Bark Lee was finally introduced to Gordon Stacy and received the
Doctor's Ally badge. So now I'm thinking I'd really like to get the
Crey Pistol now that I have one prerequisite out of the way. Where is
the best place to street hunt Paragon Protectors?

I've found the odd one or two in the SW corner of Brickstown and the
Eastern canals in FF. But these are fairly rare and don't seem to
spawn in the numbers I need for the badge. Are there some higher level
areas that they are more common?

My toon is level 36 so I don't want to fight any PPs higher than about
38. If I have to wait a couple levels no big deal, but I'd hope that
they become more common at some point.

Disregard. I found a thread on the official forums that indicates a
lot of PP villians (not just bosses) in the Gordon Stacy story arc.
I'll have to clear one of my existing story arcs before I talk to him
again, but that should do it I think. That'll be way better than
street hunting a sparsely spawned villian.

AH, yeah. There's one or two missions in that arc that have minion
level PPs. Just don't complete one of them and keep re-running it
until you have the badge. Or, take a full team in. That might give you
enough in one run. It would have the added perk of getting it for the
rest of your team as well. 😉

You're best bet for street hunting them would be Crey's Folly

There are TONS of them in Eden, actually. But, he may want to wait a
couple levels before going in there after them.

Yeah, offer it around to a good team and you should all clear the badge in
one or two passes. Be absolutely sure the team understands you're going to
dump out and restart if you aren't within a few ticks of the badge by the
time you go up the third elevator.

But you should be able to solo the badge in 2-3 passes if you want.

They're fairly common in Crey's Folly, south end, west of the destroyed
area over to where the wall jogs north before going west again.

I went around and around that area - there's about 5-6 spawn points
that _can_ spawn a group with a PP in it. It's about 70-80% spawn
frequency in any one group.

I had all but about 5-6 of my hundred before doing that mission full of
minion level ones.
