[SOLVED] Stress Test and Cooling configuration

Hello, I've installed fans in my case, and have a couple more on the way, but want to run a few different combinations to see which is the best configuration for cooling.
I figure best way to do this is to put the system under load and measure the temps, for different fan layouts. Does anyone have tips for software that can a) stress test the computer, b) measure and provide me with an average temp on the CPU and GPU while the test is being run, or c) both?

I use Aida64 Stress Test (found on the Tools Menu).
It will stress your system and monitor temps (CPU, GPU, etc.), voltages, fan speeds, etc.
