Stress test -> Beeping kind of sound?

I downloaded "Intel Extreme Tuning Utility", and did stress test on it, first for cpu, then for graphics card.

Cpu did okay, I think (went to max 60 degrees celcius)m but when I tried with graphics card, it started doing kind of a beeping sound. Stress test said it all good, but I think something is wrong.

Can anyone help me? I've never built PC before, and realy dont wanna mess something up.

Edit: Here is my system: Intel Core i5 4590 @ 3.30GHz, Radeon R9 380 4gb, Gigabyte H81M-D2V, 8gb ddr3 ram

I've never run that utility, was the program beeping or something else? Did it run OK? What is the power supply brand and model?

Unless they added a new option into the latest version the software's only tests your CPU and memory
