Hello everyone I'm going to do a stress test on my CPU. I want to ask 3 things

1.What the stress test means? what will it do to my CPU?

2.It is safe to do a stress test? will it destroy my CPU?

3.Can I do the stress test? i have overclocked my CPU (Intel Core i5 750)

A stress test will not destroy or damage your CPU in any way. It just appplies a synthetic load onto your CPU /memory etc. This is done to make sure your system is stable (after an overclock usually), check temperatures under full CPU load (unrealistic in most day-to day situations). Some stress tests are more aggressive than others (the cpu will heat up more mainly because it has a higher voltage state- also if running specific, demanding instruction sets like AVX). Demending on what you want to achieve (OC) you may want to stress test for ~30min-1 hour while monitoring temperatures and CPU vcore.
For CPU stress testing I recommend AIDA64 (30 day trial if you don't activate it some other way).
Sometimes, a stress test indicates a 'hardware fault' but that is just an indication of an unstable system (usually because of RAM frequency, CPU frequency etc.). That is nothing to worry about. Even if the CPU gets very hot during the test, it will mostly thermal throttle the performance to keep stable. If a very high OC is applied with a lot of voltage to the CPU core it is recommended to run the test just for testing and not long periods of time.

I have aida64 extreme it's not trial it's full. I will do the stress test in aida64

i'm in AIDA64 what I have to stress? only CPU or everything? I have done a stress test a month ago and the temp when 90c this is good?

P.S. I updated my response above. In AIDA64 for a CPU stres test stress : CPU; FPU ; cache ; system memory ;
That is because a CPU OC may be stable but not combined with a memory OC (or even without OC), so you need to test both at the same time. What CPU cooler do you have? To what value did you OC? What is your average cpu temp while gaming?
Your CPU can handle that temperature but it is not recommended to run it for long periods of time. 90C is toasty! Maybe too high voltage applied on the OC or your cooler is not enough. P.S. That cpu is quite dated so start thinking about an upgrade.

My CPU is Intel Core I5 750 and my CPU cooler is this (http://www.ebay.com/itm/INTEL-CORE-i5-HEATSINK-CPU-COOLER-FAN-FOR-i5-750-i5-750S-i5-760-SOCKET-1156-NEW-/130857080395) and yes my CPU is overclocked from 2.67ghz to 3.10ghz and while gaming my temps are 60-70c

Should I change my cooler? my CPU Is new and I changed also my cooler 1 month ago

The stock Intel heatsink is not designed for overclocking to say the least. You should change your CPU cooler. I recommend Cooler Master Hyper 212 if your on a budget especially since it is an old computer and there is no point investing in a better cpu cooler. Make sure to also put some good quality thermal paste.

my PC is not old 1 month ago I change my CPU from Intel Core Quad q8200 to Intel Core i5 750 and cooler is changed also

If it's the one in the link you should most definitely change it. The stock cooler is only meant for chips that are operating at stock frequency. I'm not familiar with the older CPUs but now they don't include a cooler with overclockable Intel chips. The 212 evo suggested would be a great budget choice or at least a cryorig m9i.

Also my PC specs are:

Motherboard GA-P55M-UD2
Windows 10 PRO 64bit
Intel Core I5 750 2.67ghz
Corsair 12gb ram
Geforce GT 9800 (In the next week i'll buy Geforce GTX 1050)

If you changed the cpu a month ago it doesn't mean it should perform well. Heatsink+fan cooling is the same over time if you clean it regularly and assuming the fans is not at the end of it's lifetime. Intel stock coolers (like the one in the picture) are like the bare minimum to cool the cpu so the performance and noise is quite bad (although it could be worse on some very cheap coolers).
