I've just run some stress tests on my new build (Prime95 Blend and FurMark) and these are my results:

CPU (Phenom II X4 955 @3.6GHz): Peaks at 69 °C, settles down around 64 °C once the fan kicks in
Graphics card (Radeon HD 5770 1GB): Peaks at 83 °C, averages around 81 °C

How do those numbers look? Are those CPU temps ok or should I reduce the overclock? Would it be safe to overclock the graphics card a little at those temperatures? Thanks.

Im not sure if that is right, but sometimes it takes a good amount of time to get answers on here, or any forum site alot of the time.

Cpu temps look ok, are you on stock cooler btw?
Gfx I'd not Oc it at the moment,
Hows your cooling/airflow inthere atm?
post pics if possible and specs, See what we can think of to maybe lower your temps and give you some headroom to play with

Yeah, I'm using stock cooler. I'd consider buying another one but the stock cooler seems to be holding out ok for now.

I know some graphics card run hit 90+ under extreme load but I don't know whether that's ok really.

I think my airflow is decent enough, front and rear 120mm fans. My spec is:

Asus M4A87TD/USB3 870
AMD Phenom II X4 955 @3.6GHz
Sapphire Radeon HD 5770 1GB
4GB Corsair CL9 XMS3 RAM @1500MHz
500GB Samsung SpinPoint F3
Samsung SH-S223 22x DVD±RW
Coolermaster eXtreme Power 460W PSU
Coolermaster Elite 330 Case
