Stress test settings and temps

I got my computer up and running and plan to overclock my E2180

Just a couple of questions:

1) For ORTHOS and Prime95......it has several tests, Blen (some of everything), small FFT's, and in-place Large FFT's, what setting should I do to see if CPU is stable?

2) Also for Vista, does anyone know where a signed version of Coretemp is? I have Speedfan working, but CoreTemp isn't signed and won't run.

3) What are safe (not too extreme or right on the edge) temps for the CPU.

small FFT's for CPU. I dont know of a signed version of coretemp. You can disable driver signing on boot but its a PITA. I just use speedfan, it gives temps for CPU and cores.

As for temps, read the excellent sticky about temperature guides at the top of the forum.
