Question stress tested my i7 4770k to 4ghz

I stress tested my i7 4770k 4ghz with Intelburner at standard settings. My maximum temp was 80c.
Is the temp okey? I only ran it once, should I run it more?

Evo 212, but is it really that hot? I mean since it's a stress test pushing it to 100%. Shouldn't it be lower while gaming?

Corsair Carbide 500r, 1 top fan, 1 rear fan, 3 front fans.
MSI Z87 G45 Gaming.
I7 4770K 4.0 ghz, Evo 212 cooler.
GTX 780 ti.
NZXT Hale90 850w psu.
Kingston 240gb ssd.
Kingston 8gb ram

I'd say ambient temp is normal room temp degrees
Everything was bought 5 years ago.
I just reverted my overclock to 3.5ghz and idle temp is 29-30c

Overclocked my avg temp idle is 40 and normal clock 3.5 ghz is 29-30

I didn't put alot of thermal paste the last time I cleaned it, I believe it was a little bit smaller than a pease. Do I need more?
