Stressing the system

I am running prime95 but am curious about the Intel Thermal Analysis Tool. If I start Workload Level at 100% isn't that stressing my system? What is the advantage of prime95 vs. TAT?

DON'T WORRY ABOUT THAT INTEL ANALYSIS WHATEVER, JUST USE THE GOOD OL' PRIME 95. ITS PRACTICALLY AN INTERNATIONAL STANDARD FOR STRESSING YOUR CPU.
