Question Stretching texture problem

Hello, so when i play rainbow six siege
after maybe 10-30 minutes it changes sometimes there will be this weird texture stretching thing happening from player models or just random objects around the map and even sometimes to the point to were i can't see whats in front of me, i have tried reinstalling the game, the drivers and nothing works, i don't know if it's my gpu or something
