I'm helping a friend put together a system to play WoW on, but he's on a really tight budget.

I'm helping him out with the GPU (giving him my radeon hd 4890 since I'm upgrading...I also have a disk drive laying around so I'm giving him that too).

So basically, need to get him:
Case
CPU / Mobo
Memory (4GB, which is going to be a flat cost, so don't worry about that)
PSU
HD
OS

unfortunately I think his budget is only in the $200-$300 range, so I'm not even sure if this is possible. I don't have any experience building budget machines (the couple I've built I've just tossed near-top-of-the-line hardware in), so any advice would be appreciated
