Striker II Formula

Hi can someone please help me OC my Q6600 using the Asus Striker II Formula Motherboard. My whole system keeps on crashing unless i put everything on auto settings which are crap as it means my ram and stuff is only being half used . I need to be talked through as i lack the knoweledge and have no experience of Oc'ing.

I have read it but some of it dont make sense i get that i need to put 1 of the speeds thats normaly 266 to 333 to make the overall speed 3ghz
but then i do stuff it crashs and wont start. Same when i put my ram to a 1-1 ratio it just dosnt start i need some adivce i think its to do with the voltages cos i dont get them what so ever

If someone know stuff about voltages can i ring them and get walked through wilse i do it please ?

Right going into my bios now if any1 want to help me figure the voltages out give me a ring ta

no luck had to take my battry out my motherboard to reset it

Right got the Processer clocked at 3ghz by changing clock speed to 333hrz but then when it went into game a blue screne appeared saying hardware fauiler as i need to set up the voltages correctly ? erm my CPU temp when on desktops internet etc,,, stood in the high 20's thanks
