I guys i need your help.I built my PC 2 years ago and it worked fine.Last time when i took out gpu then cleaned out of dust and took it back i normally started PC on and there was no signal on screen and red LED
VGA was turned on.No beeps nothing(i have system speaker)I reconnected everything and still no signal and VGA LED on.Then i put my gpu in second pcie slot and everything started up.GPU was working in second pcie slot.Everything was fine for 2 weeks then my CD/DVD optical drive stopped working. And After that everytime when i start playing any game vertical Blue, red, green lines shows up on my screen and i need to restart my PC with power button. When gpu is idle everything works.Reinstalled all drivers, rebuilt PC and still nothing. Then i saw half of golden pin on gpu is missing but when gpu Is wrong why CD/DVD optical drive is not working too?My gpu is not working in primary slot,CD/DVD optical drive is not working too and when i want to play game vertical stripes are on my monitor. What is wrong? Is it something with Motherboard,GPU or PSU?
My PC
CPU:AMD FX-6300
MB:ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0
GPU:ATI Radeon HD 5870 1GB
RAM:Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600mhz
PSU:Corsair GS800

Solution
First thing I'd try is a different video card, graphical issues, especially with the huge clue that the issue started when you removed and re-installed the video card, point to the video card. Optical drive, may be a coincidence. Did you test it in another port/cable/in another system?

thanks for quick reply! Yeah i will borrow gpu from friend next week than i will post here the result. You think it is in gpu?Not in the MB or PSU?

It may be a number of things, but the first thing I would test is the video card, testing a different one in your system is good, but you also want to try to test yours in another system also. If the issue follows the card, there is your answer.

I dont have another system :/ i have only laptops

If you are borrowing a video card from a friend, your friend has a desktop, see if you can try your card there to test. Without testing the card in another computer you can't rule out the card easily until you try every other component around it, and if they all work then you can deduce it's the card.

I borrowed gpu from friend and it worked in my pc.It seems this problem was really in gpu.But i have 1 question. When i started up pc with this borrowed gpu it didnt wont boot to windows. Is this normal? On second try booted up and everything was working great.

Than i installed all drivers, tried some games and everything worked perfect.I didnt try my 5870 in his PC because his case is too small for that card lol.But seems this problem was in gpu.
