Question Strix 2060 won't stop breathing

Hi everyone
Built a new pc last night and have been trying to figure out how to change the gpu's rgb. I've tried aura sync, armoury crate (aura creator) and iCUE and the gpu either isn't picked up at all, or in aura creator, the effects aren't applied to the card. Any ideas?

I don't believe there's anything in the bios for aura control? I'm using an asrock z490 extreme4.

Oh yeah no that will be a issue to enable.... Soo downloading your mother boards light controller polychrome?

forgot to mention i had it, sorry. it only works with the motherboard and nothing else in my system, i literally don't know what else to do lol
