Strix 8350-f gaming no post

Hi I was using my pc when suddenly there was a power outage and my pc stopped working since then. I already changed the Power supply and checked everything else and everything seems fine but when I try to boot it up there is no post from the computer.

If the power-outtage had a power spike, the MoBo or more components (memory is especially sensitive) may be damaged (even though then the PSU should have died first - but, well...).
Testing the MoBo is always difficult, you need a lot of spare parts. If you have a shop with a repair station nearby, consult them.
