I was considering to build a custom water loop for my pc. For budget limit, I need a kit and ekwb meets my needs better than alphacool, so I was thinking to add the gpu block also from ekwb. My gpu is a Strix 970 OC, and I was wondering if I can buy and use the block from ekwb, but maintaining the "default" backplate from Asus, because I prefer it over the ekwb one, that would also cost me some bucks I would save..
Does anyone know if it is possible?
