Question Strix B350-F Mobo lights up (RGB) but doesn't boot?

I have a Strix B350-f and it was running fine with a Ryzen no issues. Power went out for 10 mins yesterday and now power button on case won't boot the machine.*

I have tried resetting CMOS, even tried jump starting by shorting the power pins (where power switch is plugged in) and no luck.

MOBO is getting power because rob lighting is on.

Any ideas where to begin trouble shooting?*

You say the power went out, but you don't say in what way. Was there a lightning strike, did you overload the fuseboard in your house?

Neither of those just a very brief local power outage. Whole house went out for about 5 mins
