(STRIX B450-F) ASUS EZ UPDATE BIOS no video output

i just did the EZ UPDATE from the asus app in windows, rebooted my pc, but no video output. The power button is lit up but no fans spin. is it safe to press the power button to turn off/on?

I see no other option, to check if pc does work, or not.
