Basically I'm deciding between them, the strix G15 advantage edition has a 5980HX and 6800M and 16 gigs of ddr4 3200, the Zephyrus has a 6900HS and a 6800S (and a MUX switch) and 32 gigs of ddr5 4800 [16 of which is soldered I think?]

I can take either of those, price is not a concern (but obviously weight and gaming performance is, the strix has more VRAM, but the Zephyrus doesn't cut a lot off either, with much smaller screen) when I say that I don't mean I can splurge on laptops, but just that these two fall within desired price range

In my mind, the G14 would be better because of the mux switch, using which it would be able to use RSR which should (?) put the system as a whole ahead of the strix when it purely comes to framerates in 1440p high settings(I don't pixel peep, which is probably hard to do on a little 14 inch 1440p display anyways)

Not to mention that the Zephyrus has a much better display (in terms of brightness [500 nits] and color [100% DCI P3 compared to 100% sRGB]

I'd take the Zephyrus G14 since I had an earlier model. I say "had" because I think mine had a defect that made the GPU go out after a year and half so I replaced it recently.

I think the MUX thing is just so you can use the built-in display with the 6800, since most of the time laptops with an iGPU and discrete GPU only lets the iGPU drive the built-in display. So if anything, it also means adaptive syncing should work too.
