Hi,

is there big diference between these 2 cards? Is it worth paying more money- in my case 30 €, for strix card? I will use it mainly for gaming.

Strix

Turbo

And another question: Is this OC version worth money, is there big difference between normal and OC version?

Thank you.

The information with ''Get the cheapest GTX 960'' is quite spot on, however not fully. Especially the blower versions of the GTX 960 are not the best. If you find something like an EVGA Superclocked GTX 960 for cheap with a single fan, that's good enough and will get the job done.

But... Don't get the Turbo. It's not the best of GPU's.

Something like this:

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 960 2GB Superclocked Video Card ($183.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $183.98
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

If I was you the cheaper card would be the best option. When it comes to budget card such as the 960, paying more money for a better manufacturer isn't always worth it. Although the cooling is better from the strix card, the turbo is still a really good option and can be overclocked just as easily. Depending on your motherboard depends on what overclocking potential you have so I'd get the turbo!
