Strix R9 380x slowing down with Crimson drivers

Hey i just got this brand new ASUS strix r9 380x and i noticed it running slow when i play NFS: Rivals or AC: Black Flag. FPS is locked at 30 when i play NFS. Black flag is around 45-62 FPS.

i5 4690k stock
ASUS r9 380x
16GB ram
620w m12 bronze seasonic

Temps are good for both CPU and GPU but i think that the crimson edition has some issues. I tried installing the old CCC drivers and haven't noticed any lags at all for both games. Anyone having the same issue?

Change your V-synch/FPS limiting in game and in CCC until it doesn't do that.
