Question Strix RX480 O8G on Gigabyte B450-DS3H (RGB Help)

Hi there,

Just recently upgraded to a RX480 strix edition and upon boot only a certain part if the card is lit up, the other points are not. I have installed Aura Sync and when opening it says the AuraService is not running, the service is also installed. I have deleted the old drivers for my previous card and installed the new drivers.

I have also downloaded GPU Aura from the support page of my card, when I open this app it says 'non-aura'

Very confused here and just wondering what I can do?

Try reseating your GPU and see if that helps. If not, the LEDs might be defective. Did you buy the card brand new?

I'll give that a shot tonight, its a brand new motherboard pretty much and the card was purchased 2nd hand on eBay from cash converters, the card itself looks pretty much brand new. I think I will go with a Strix motherboard this weekend and see if that helps. I'll let you know if reseating the GPU works or not.
