Question STRIX Z270E Boot issues.

I've ben running this PC since 2017 without any issues up until recently. The builder Puget systems has been trying to help but I'd thought I would reach out here. My system has been fairly quick booting up, usually less then a minute to the lock screen. I did have an issue last year when it booted but ran slow and they had be load the bios profile they had saved in the system. Doing so this time did not resolve this issue.

Now it doing something different. In the morning or from a cold start when it boots and gets to the lock screen the keyboard and mouse don't respond for over a minute. Any ideas as it's driving me crazy. TIA

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list them like so:

OS: include OS version(not edition) if you're on Windows 10
Monitor:

Can you check and see what your BIOS version is at the time of writing? Include the age of the unit, apart from it's make and model + wattage.
