Hi any thing I should know about Samsung 980 PRO 2 TB PCIe 4.0 M.2 on the Strix Z690-A Gaming WIFI D4 Mobo?

Like best slot to use, does it matter?
Can i use them all, are some slower?
Does it affect anything else? which Sata ports get diss connected?
Maximum 4x Samsung 980 PRO 2's will knock out all SATA ssd's?

Partially. It is best to put system drive in CPU driven slot - in case of this mobo it is M.2_1. If you were to use it as storage drive it does not matter.

Yes, all are 4.0 and all accept PCIe drives.

Nope (although slots 2,3,4 are chipset driven so if you use all of them at the same time there may be bottleneck)

Nope, no SATA ports get disconnected on this board.

Nope, you still have all 6 SATA ports active.
