Hello,

I am looking to build a budget gaming computer however I ran into an issue that I am confused about. The games that I would be running would be Battlefield 4, DayZ, Team Fortress 2, and games along those lines. I am confused about whether to spend less money on my CPU and get a very strong GPU or to spend more on my CPU and get an average GPU. For example, one configuration I created was an AMD Athlon II 64 X2 245 with an Nvidia GeForce GTX750 Ti 2gb. While the other config. was an AMD FX-4130 with an Nvidia GeForce GTX650 Ti 1gb. So if you can give me some input on what would work best I would appreciate it. I will be using this for gaming and some web surfing.

Thanks in advance.

Go with components that won't "bottleneck" one another. If you have an insanely good GPU but lack a competent CPU you won't get the most out of the GPU that you spent hundreds of dollars on. I would choose components of similar capability. One could say that a system is only as good as it's weakest link.
