I am thinking of picking it up. I had no interest at first because I thought it just another rts,
but it sounds like it may have a more economic twist to it which interests me more.

Stronghold 1 had both war and economic campaigns, so I imagine S2 will have
both also.

Well, troops can no longer sap stone walls -- they require seige engines.

Well I ordered it, and EB is strapping it on the back of a mule (USPS) and sending it to me.

If you go to www.stronghold2.com, cursor over the shield, there is a mini-game castle siege to waste
time at work with. There is sound so make sure you have that off :)

It always did look a little strange to see the walls crumble as people tapped
on the lower end.

I may have to hold of on S2; I bogged down on the S1 episode where one gets
crossbows.

Does not work for my Netscape 7.1. Which plugin is needed to make that run?

I think I saw shockwave being initialized. I use the firefox browser, so it should work with
netscape as well.
