I am creating my first websites, watched many tutorials but not understand the difference between the three and which one to use:

I just want to rank it as well as possible for Google. I heard it helps with citations etc. The site is for small moving company. At the moment I do not intent to collect any data.

So do literally a billion other websites.

Locally to you? A couple dozen, who are already above your site that does not yet exist.

Build the site. Do NOT worry about SEO yet.
Yelp, Angies List, BBB, whatever other local reputation things are near you. Get listed on those.

Yes: build the website, get listed locally.

However, above all, the business must do a good job moving people.

A really good, fair priced, honest, careful, responsible, on-time, and conscientious job of moving people.

Website, internet visibility, etc. make folks aware of the business.

Good, true "word of mouth" will bring in business.
