Struggling GeForce GTX 550ti 2GB

I am struggling with my gtx 550 ti, i can't play games at medium to high only on low...

Specs:
Nvidia GeForce GTX 550ti
Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00GHz
4GB DDR2 ram
windows 7 ultimate- 64 bit

Please advise what to do

Looks like your CPU is bottle necking it so your going to need a new one.

Unfortunately you will have to get a new CPU and unfortunately it looks like you need a whole new platform.
