Struggling to find the right ram

I am wanting to upgrade my system to 32g of ram, as I currently have 8g. My concerns are actual speed but with all the googling I've done I still cant find out. My current ram is : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233142&Tpk=CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9

and in windows index its only 7.7 and was hoping to accomplish higher. So what I'm trying to figure out....can one 1866 ram be faster than another 1866.....We are currently looking at getting 2 of these...http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233287 Which I know some of it is for looks but would it be faster....is there something I need to look for into getting something faster? My mind is so fried I cant get out what IM trying to ask..... 🙁

Anyway....my goal is 32gb of ramm......My board says it only supports 1866...I dont want to get something cheap that says 1866 and its slow as crap...hell I even started thinking about downgrading to 1600mhz for some odd reason from seeing people saying it doesnt really matter. Anyway here are my current system specs...and any help would be appreciated..

follow the link and check out which modules stirke your fancy - NO matter what always
start at the manufacturer's site - they built it they know what works. Additionally the timing
on the memory is probably more important than whether it is 1866 , 1600 or 1333. The difference
in real world operation is barely measureable and certainly imperceptible to the operator during normal
operations - gaming, video editing, whatever. Good Luck - very nice rig you have.
