Question Struggling to game and stream on same PC

Hi guys. Does anyone know why its so impossible for me to game and stream assassins creed valhalla on the same pc.. I turned game settings down in game. I have capped the frames.
Also having same issues with Cyberpunk. I also Run everything as Admin.

But i can stream and game same time no probz with
Destiny 2
Watch Dogs Legion.
Mafia

OBS Settings. I have tried both X264 and Nvenc. Settings i have tried for both are.

X264.
Rescale output 1600x900 ( Have even tried it with it unchecked. )
CBR
Bitrate 6000Kbps
Keyframe:2
CPU Usage Medium
Profile High.

Nvenc:
Rescale output 1600x900
CBR
Bitrate 6000
keyframe 2
Preset:Quality
Profile:High
Look ahead Unchecked.
Psycho Visual Tuning Unchecked.
Max B Frames 2

Video output
Base Canvas 2560x1440
Output Scaled 2560x1440 ( Tried 1600x900. ) ( Tried 1280x720 )

RTX 3080.
32GB Ram
Asus Strix X570 motherboard.
Internet speed. 550Mbps Download/ 36+Mbps Upload
 
Make sure you're on the latest BIOS for your motherboard. What version of Windows 10 are you working with? Make and model of your PSU? Specs to the rams you're using?

Bios Updated.
Windows 10 Home Version 20H2 64bit.

No but seriously, if your game plays well but you have dropped frames in the final stream then you just have to increase the priority of the streaming/encoding app with task manager, OBS already has a tab where you can choose priority but it only goes to high while some times you have to use real-time.

It's best to use nvenc because it uses less CPU power start encoding, open task manager, sort by cpu usage, find the nvcontainer.exe that uses the most CPU and put that on real-time, if you use a 3rd party tool like processhacker you can save this setting so you don't have to do this all the time.

Rescaling uses more power and is only used to increase quality with the same bandwidth.
