Stubborn IRQL Error

Just a couple days ago, I was gullible and allowed my new computer to be infected with adware and I assume malware too. I instantly downloaded 4 or 5 programs to combat this like Malwarebytes and CCleaner but none of these were able to fix it. I then reverted to completely wiping my drives and reinstalling Windows 8.1. While in that process, I ended up clearing all the partitions from my two drives and now I am unable to install Windows on both the hard disk and the SSD. I get the infamous IRQL error, which I have feverishly tried to fix, and just a simple 'Unable to partition for System Files' on my SSD. Any insight or further inquiries about my system itself or what I have done so far would be more than greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm sorry. :-(

There's two ways to proceed; begin testing or try removing all the add-in devices, ram (all but 1 stick) and see if windows will install to a base system. If you have built in graphics then use that to install with. If it installs fine then add in 1 thing at a time (remember to power off and unplug first).

Testing involves creating a memtest86+ disk and boot from that to test your systems ram for several hours or overnight. If there any errors then you've found the problem. Then scanning the HDD for defects (this would be the long test on the manufacturers diagnostic software)

Can you also list your systems specs for us with make and model# of the parts please & ty.
On the 'Where do you want to install to' screen click the Drive Options link. Clear the partitions there on the drive you want to install to and then select it (the now completely empty drive) and click Next.

I have a feeling install is seeing the system partition and blocking the intstall thinking theres an OS on that drive already.

Its also a good practice to have any other ssd/hdd disconnected and only have the one you want to install to.

Thanks for the swift response. I tried your instructions late last night and got the same error. If you have any other advice, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for your time thus far.

It's not your fault! Any information is helpful even for future events. But I will test that out tomorrow and let you know. Also, could you explain a little more about making a memtest86+ disk? Is there another post or website to save you and me time?

As far as system specs, I'll make a list of everything besides peripherals and case and such.
