Stuck at 24hz

i installed windows 10 last night to test it out and all its great but am having this problem.

in nvidia control panel when i set my res to 4k/60hz it goes back auto to 24hz and it doesnt move its stuck

i got sony xbr 900a 4k tv and sli 980 ti

i changed back to windows 8.1 64 and the flickering in desktop and the 24hz stuck are no longer an issue i dont have them in windows 8.1 which is good

bad news i still have the green flickering only in 4k res and on full screen mode "Only" any other mode works fine but sli performance is not soo good.

Help if u got any idea how to solve it thanks,
