Stuck at 8% When Wiping/Reinstalling windows

Wiping my computer, I’ve had issues with it so I’ve decided to remove my files and do a fresh install of windows. It’s saying “Installing windows 8%” “Dont turn off your pc this may take a while” it’s been around 2 hours and it’s still at 8% I don’t know what to do.

The best option here is to be patient. Even on fast systems, I have seen the Windows Reset take quite a long time. If it runs for a couple more hours and has not progressed beyond 8%, do you have a USB flash drive with the Windows 10 installer on it that you could use for the install?
