stuck at 92 % 69%

Well I used the downloading tool and downloaded the whole thing which was about 45 mins. Then all looked well as it started to install. Then it just got stuck at 92/69 and i read that more people are having the same issue at same points of time. Someone suggested to reboot and see if it recovers the install. It worked for one guy so i tried that and nope. It just took me back to my 8.1 My notice that my OS was ready to install never came so I downloaded the tool and it appeared that the magic would happen. Alas ot did not. Where os Microsoft when you need answers? One would think with something so big as a launch of a new OS they would be a bit more prepared to address issues.
albeit I did it without MSG telling me it was ready. But all my updates had been done on 8.1 so wtf.
I will wait until they can figure out why it is stopping at 92%.
it gave me this at the end. The second boot phase with an error during migrate_data operation.

Try unplugging all external devices like usb, etc and try again.
