Question Stuck at American Megatrends screen

Hey guys I need some help regarding my pc. I just got a new psu and motherboard and I physically can’t get past this screen.

I can’t click F1 to enter setup, my keyboard won’t let me. I also can’t enter my bios before this screen pops up. However, it registers my keyboard because when I click ctrl alt del it restarts the screen. I’ve tried replacing my cmos battery because people have said that has worked for them but not for me. I also don’t have any other keyboards to try and I’m using the Anne pro 2 but I’m using it wired. Somebody please help I really need to use this pc for school

Why does it say 2 keyboards detected?

I have no idea, I tried taking out all of my other usb things like headset and mousepad but the same thing came up.

A friend is also having this issue, but 2 keyboards 0 mice, trying to update their bios firmware to use Gen3 Ryzen. Tried resetting CMOS, plugging keyboard in different ports, not working
