Stuck At "Auto-detecting pri master.."

the booting was normal these previous days, so I powered on my pc to resume my work, but it won't load windows since it's stuck at "auto-detecting pri master.."

So I have two hdds:
1. WDC WD1600JS-22MHBO 160GB (Disk where the Windows is installed)
2. Samsung SP0822N 80GB (Backups, Important Files and Documents)

What I did first is reseating the sata cables and the power cable then powered on my PC to see if it's solved... yes it read my first HDD but it'll stuck at 2nd one (which is the 80GB). It's a big problem for me because I stored all my files/documents for my work... any idea how to make it work again?

Does it boot ok with the 80gb removed? Perhaps that drive failed.

Thanks for answering but I already figured it out before I could even login here to see your reply! I've solved it already by putting the failed hard disk (yes the 80GB) in the freezer and it works like charm! Now the only thing to do right now is to put my files in an external HDD (already transferred the files in my 160GB)

Yeah, if you get that 80GB again then copy off the important and toss it. Glad to hear you got the files back.
