I need urgent help guyss plsss T___T

I have a MSI Z370 A-pro motherboard
WD Blue 500 gb SSD
3 GB HDD
Corsair H60 cooler
i7 8700k
Windows 10 (installed on SSD already)

Everything was working perfectly fine with window booting straight to the SSD at startup.
However, yesterday I replace my cooler with an EVGA clc 280. In this process, I also took the CMOS battery out for about 10 minutes and put it back to reset cmos.

Now when the computer boots up, it cannot boot into window and is stuck at bios. In the bios, I looked at the Boot Priority and the SSD is nowhere to be found (although HDD is found). I have already made sure that my SSD is connected to the SATA1 port and HDD to the SATA2 port (I checked both the cable and the connection to make sure it is secure).

So now I am unable to boot into window and it stuck at BIOS screen forever. Please help T___T because I feel very hopeless now.

P/S: I don't think its SSD drive failure because it was working perfectly just yesterday. The only thing I changed is the cpu cooler.

I was intending to reset my bios since I already have the case open. I didn't think that it would have anything related to the SSD not being recognized. I will try your method now.
I currently have only the SSD connected to SATA1 port with the HDD completely UNplugged.
I will turn the power on now and let you know.

Update: I have tried the HDD alone with each SATA port (1 to 6) and BIOS recognizes it fine every time.
For example, I plugged the HDD into SATA 4 (alone without the SSD) and it shows up in BIOS as this

And it also appears under the UEFI Legacy Boot priority list as this

However, as for the SSD, I tried plugging it in each SATA port (alone WITHOUT the HDD) and BIOS still does not recognize it no matter which port I plug it in (all 6 ports failed)
For example, here is what BIOS looks like with SSD plugged into SATA1.

What should I do now? T____T I feel very very desperate because my window was installed on the SSD and with it not being recognized I can't get into Window at all 🙁
Please help, I truly appreciate any help.

(Again, the SSD was working perfectly just yesterday with no error at all. I also double checked the cable that connects the SSD to the sata ports and it looks like new to me! So it cannot be SSD dying or loose cable connection)
