Question Stuck at Bios Boot

Hey, earlier today my Friend and i wanted to install a new power supply. So we unplugged everything , were ready to install the new one and realised that it doesnt have enough pcie pins. So i plugged everything back into my old supply and now i get stuck at the bios splash screen. I already tried plugging out my ssd,hdd,Gpu,Ram but nothing works. I really hope you guys can help me as i litterally dont know what do anymore

We're going to need more info than what you've provided. We'll need you to post specs to your system like so:

Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:

PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Include the age of the older PSU as well as the make and model of both the old and new PSU.

Have you tried clearing the CMOS? Remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard and replace it after 15 mins, then try powering up the system.
