Stuck at bios screen and won't can't enter the bios!

Hey guys!!!
I re did the cable management in a used computer that i bought recently. I plugged everything back again and it won't turn on. When i try to enter the bios the curser shows up but the screen is black. and i get an error code A6
Specs:
-CPU: AMD FX6300 3,5GHz
-videocard: GTX 760 Gigabyte 2GB gddr5 256bit
-RAM: 1x8GB 1600MHz corsair
-MOBO: asrock 970 extreme 4
-powersupply: Thermaltake 630w smart bronze 80+
-winchester: 1tb western digital 7200rpm 64mb
-cpu cooler : Hyper TX3 Evo
-case: Cooler Master K350

Hi, Check the connections between HDD and motherboard and power supply and HDD.

I changed the cables. now it is stuck on a screen wher a white line just flashes.

It can't find a bootable device. Try inserting a bootable DVD and see if booting.

it only did it once. now I can enter the bios but itfreezes there.

If removing the HDD and leaving only the DVD drive connected is it the same?
