Stuck at bios screen bootloop

I posted before that after upgrading mobo, cpu and ,gpu i cant enter to bios because of this bootloop. I did everything on sticky. Remove cmos, check ram 1by1. And i thought mobo was the problem so i ask for rma. After that same problem so another rma for cpu. And now im here still facing the same problem , so i need some advice to help me with this problem. Im new at building pc.

CPU: intel i5-6600K
RAM: corsair vengeance ddr4 32gb (x4)
GPU:MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti
PSU: corsair RM750i
HDD: toshiba 1tb
SSD: toshiba 120gb
Motherboard: Asus Z170 PRO GAMING
windows 7 home premium 64 bit

Tried using just the igp? Is the motherboard monitor output and taking the gtx 980 out.
