Stuck at bios update

I tried to update the bios of my asrock motherboard. I made a FAT32 partition, placed the file there then instant flashed. Now it's been sitting at searching for 25 mins. What should i do?

Do you mean in the C drive or in the USB drive?

If you don't turn off the PC, and may try download the BIOS into the USB, and reflash the BIOS again. If you did turn off the PC, and other question, do you try unplug the power core, and clear the CMSO, then reboot the PC?
