After installing a new HDD which the UEFI bios recognizes , I can’t get Windows 10 from my primary booting device SSD to start .... the boot options in the bios shows the ssd as first and the news installed HDD as second , but every time i want to leave the BIOS it shows me that no changes have been made and the PC starts to reboot just to come back to the bios screen instead to boot windows 10 from the SSD

Solution
new hdd, was there an old hdd? was the old drive connected when you installed windows to the SSD?
try reconnecting the old hard drive. windows may have installed needed boot files to the HDD making the HDD a necessity for booting.
