Stuck at DMI pool data updated at startup

I turned off my computer during a update. Then the next time I turned it on it was stuck at verifying DMI pool data - Updated
 
Solution
do you have a win 10 installer USB or DVD - Get it here

download that on another pc and make one.
change boot order on broken pc to USB or DVD first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after language choices, select repair this pc, not install
select reset this pc
select save files and settings
pc will save some stuff and restart and reinstall win 10 again.
you will need to reinstall all your programs again

if the reset doesn't work you might need to use that installer and fresh install win 10. depends how much damage you did when you turned pc off during an update...
