Stuck at "failed to configure windows"

Hi, i have a sony vaio sve151d11l that runs windows 8 and is stuck at the failed to configure windows. I have tried everything and I cannot boot to login. Any help is welcome.

Is this a new/fresh reinstall of windows? If so, why not run the install again off the Windows DVD... and go to Advanced Option... and DELETE the partition and then FORMAT... that might clear this up.
